It’s not surprising to any of us that future employers check us out on social media during the application and hiring process, but this article focuses on a different aspect of their search than just looking for questionable behavior. I found the findings in this article really interesting, especially the issue of Muslim vs. Christian generated names in resumes and hiring interest based on those names.
