Social Media in Businesses!

Many businesses now use social media as a form of advertising and communication with their audience, but depending on the goods and services on offer, different techniques may or may not be effective/appropriate. What many do not realize, is that social media is complex and requires constant attention and improvement. Social media platforms are often underestimated and have the ability to transform and open brand new markets. “The new recipe is dynamic, always-on, sharing-centric and participatory.”

  1. This is consistent with what we have discussed in class. There is no neat set of tools that every company should be using to have a successful social media marketing campaign.
