I think this is possibly one of the most creative advertisements I have seen in a while. This is a present day approach on how the story of the three little pigs would be covered on the news today. At the end, viewers realize the advertisement is for a newspaper, The Guardian. I think this video was successful because it created its own story. It was intriguing to the viewer, familiar to the viewer, and possibly even connects readers with nostalgic childhood stories and memories. It depicts, on television, something we have only envisioned through the book’s pages of the tale. Do you guys like this ad just as much? Why do you think it was so successful?
