Has anyone put together that the most common use of every day social media has been shifting more and more to the visual segment of applications??? If you think of it this way, apps such as Instagram, Vine, and Pinterest are up there with the fastest growing social media, and the main purpose of their use is simply to glance through visual tidbits. With not much reading or brain power involved, it has become a speedy and effortless communication window for people to use constantly (hopefully I’m not only speaking for myself!).
